As a Business Analyst at Lemon 🍋 You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating those needs into technical specifications for our team of developers. You will act as the bridge between customers and our development team, ensuring that the software solutions we provide meet customer expectations and requirements.
What do your tasks consist of?
- Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business needs. You will do this by organizing workshops and interviews with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes and using technology more efficiently.
- Preparation of detailed functional specifications and documentation 📑
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between the client and the development team.
- Testing 👩🏻🔬and validating the software solutions to ensure desired functionality and quality.
- Providing support and training to customers.
What qualities do you have?
- A degree 👨🏼🎓 in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science or similar.
- Initial experience as a business analyst or similar position within software development.
- Passion for 💛 digitization and technology 💛
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and translate complex business processes into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and the development team.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes. You can communicate and present information clearly and concisely, and provide regular status updates on projects and issues
- An analytical mind 👻, works in a structured way and has the flexibility to adapt quickly in case of unexpected change of priority
