What do your tasks consist of?
- Lead technical projects and act as a technical point of contact 🙋🏻 for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Design, develop and implement a of scalable and robust software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
- Together with the solutions architects and technical team lead, you are responsible for architecture and technical decision making within projects.
- Coach and mentor 🏫 junior and medior software engineers, and share your technical expertise during Lemonaries, workshops and Tech Talks
- Actively participate in code reviews 👀 and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with the development team, product managers and other stakeholders to understand and translate technical requirements into solutions.
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges and provide technical direction.
- Continue to learn and keep abreast of new developments 📰 in software development.
What qualities do you have?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a software engineer, with expertise in designing and developing software solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks 💻 (Java, Angular, Flutter, React, Node.JS) and experience with both front-end and back-end development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🧐, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive to continuously learn and develop your skills.
