Solutions Architect

• You will understand our customers' needs and issues at a strategic level and gather functional and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops with customers and other stakeholders.
• Based on this, you prepare detailed solution designs that you continuously continue to model and modify as new insights and requirements emerge. You also define the necessary fitness functions to ensure design compliance.
• Additionally, as a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for drafting and defending project proposals in collaboration with the sales team
• You will also test new technology designs and ideas 💡 and report feedback on the results and impact on the team, company and projects.
• coaching other developers and architects. Through pair programming and challenging your colleagues to do the right things, you'll help other team members improve their skills and develop new solutions 📈

• By nature, you are a problem solver and can communicate your views to stakeholders
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Solutions architect or similar role, with strong technical, coaching, pre-sales, business analysis and project management skills.
• A master's degree 🎓 in computer science or other relevant field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong technical background and experience designing and implementing complex evolutionary software solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and with project management tools such as Jira andConfluence.
• Angular,Java, Node.JS, React and/or Flutter and architecture styles such as event-driven, Hexagonal, Microkernels and microservices hold no secrets for you
• Because of your entrepreneurial nature, you enjoy taking on things within our organization such as (Organizing Lemonaries, supporting pre-sales processes, researching new technologies and methods) you stay abreast of the latest evolutions in your field 🗞️
