UX/UI Designer

Lemon is looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer who knows how to connect form and function in an elegant interface. Our growing design team works closely together, is driven by excellence and insists on innovation.
What do your tasks consist of?
- You are comfortable with guiding workshops and carefully analyse customer expectations
- You translate abstract ideas into concepts and wireframes, in cooperation with the customer and teammates
- Your vision is based on designing user-friendly solutions that provide an innovative answer to the customer's question
- You will work closely with the company's full design and software development team
- You can deal with tight deadlines and prioritise the most important issues within the project.
- You create unique screens for websites, applications and platforms that are user-friendly for the end user
- You can figuratively step into the user's shoes to make the best choices in the context of his needs
- You can turn a design into a library of components and make them clickable by means of a prototype.
- You actively test the design with the customer and his target group.
What qualities do you have?
- You are an enthusiastic person with a broad portfolio of stunning projects
- Working independently is not a problem for you
- You have a passion for User Experience and User Interface Design
- You can work with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma programs
- You are overflowing with creative and crazy ideas
- A basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Webflow is a plus
- You feel at home in creating different types of content and solutions
- You are an enterprising type and view a problem as an opportunity
- You can work in a project-based manner and think along with possible improvements in the process
- You are a team player who gets satisfaction from guiding your colleagues
