Digital Transformation
Part of the Supergood group, a one-stop shop for all services for digitalization, innovation and communication, Lemon Companies is a digital accelerator for companies. Specifically, Lemon helps organizations build the vision and strategy for their digital transformation, advises them on the design of the digital architecture, and finally implements the digitalization.
"We are very proud that Stefan Jenart is joining the Lemon team. Lemon had long ceased to be just the digital tool builder, but with this hire we will continue down this path more than ever so that we can focus even more on the business impact of our projects," says managing director Kirsten Rochtus.
Substantial growth expected
Lemon was founded in 2015 and has since grown into an organization with 50 employees. To keep up with the demand for digital transformation, the company plans to recruit another 20 talents this year. With Stefan Jenart, former Head of Strategy at Duke & Grace, the growth has already begun. Jenart has years of experience in digital strategy, with innovation, design sprints (service design) and business potential spotting. He plans to use his expertise to help Lemon's clients not only transform digitally, but also stabilize digitally.
Stefan Jenart: "After the time of digital transformation and the implementation of digital technologies, it is now time for digital stabilization. In recent years you had to deal with a real wave of transformations, digitalization and loose experiments. Now there needs to be order in the digital remnants that are not always aligned. Especially with the advent of AI generated content, automations and metaverses. So there is a need for a solid digital foundation, where all digital initiatives within an organization fit together."
"What particularly attracts me to Lemon is that the company not only develops a digital strategy, but also builds and implements it itself. Lemon consists of thinkers and doers. I've always liked that myself. I love looking at the market to see what consumers are missing, uncovering that and finding digital solutions for it. And if we can then also fully build those solutions ourselves, I feel like a fish out of water."
From development to training
As part of the Supergood group, Lemon can rely on expertise from other member companies, providing clients with a range of total solutions. Lemon works for both SMEs and corporates. From an accounting application for the Big Four, a performance data dashboard for a sports team, a customer portal for the mobility sector, a mobile application for the healthcare sector to a website for both small and large. Lemon loves developing new and innovative digital solutions in different environments.
"We focus, develop and maintain all types of digital solutions for our customers, and also provide training in coaching," says Kirsten Rochtus. "For us it is important that we do not deliver black boxes for our customers, but also provide them with a good transfer of knowledge. Digitalization is nothing if employees cannot work with the digital tools."
