Introducing and creating the digital sector is a top priority for D.A.S. This is where Lemon has put most of its effort. Through this selector, there is a more efficient way to get to the desired result that displays the right insurance based on the personally entered data. Lemon ensures that training is given with the necessary explanation about upgrading and updating the application, so that D.A.S. is aware of how the app works. The website is launched by Lemon, based on the graphic information and wishes of D.A.S. according to the design. Lemon is responsible for the proper functioning of the website used by D.A.S.
D.A.S. needed an easy and efficient way to show customers the different insurance options. Due to the large offer, it became unclear for the customer. The need was to clarify this, through a digital transformation, so that the customer could get a clear picture of the available insurance options.
The project consisted mainly of implementing a transformation in which the insurance broker can easily offer the right products to the customer. Based on information about the customer's situation, brokers can offer products that are most suitable for the customer.
