The Centre for Reproductive Medicine (CRG) is the fertility clinic of the UZ Brussel that specialises in fertility treatments. Robin is an app that shares relevant and reliable information with CRG patients and staff, making patient follow-up much more efficient and pleasant than before.
CRG patients were overloaded with information, making it difficult for them, for example, to know what the next steps in their treatment were. Also for the CRG staff, the follow-up of their patients was not always efficient. Consequently, there was a need for an application that could show both CRG patients and staff relevant information.
The Robin app ensures that every CRG patient always has relevant and reliable information about the treatment they are undergoing. It also allows CRG staff to follow up their patients much more efficiently, making each patient's journey much more personal than before.
